Biology and Distribution
Described from Algeria (P. ficorum), Madeira (L. flavicornis, L. reticulatus), Cuba (L. bakeri), Taiwan (G. flavus), Indonesia (G. edentatus) and Tenerife (H. blesai). Recorded from Japan on Ficus microcarpa (Okajima, 2006).
Biology and Distribution
Described from Sumatra, Indonesia, from Ficus leaf-gall.
