Preeriella Hood, 1939: 612. Type species Chirothripoides minutus Watson 1937, by monotypy.

Machadonia Bournier, 1965: 95. Type species Machadonia crassisetis Bournier 1965, by original designation. Synonym by Okajima, 1998.
