Gelothrips Bhatti, 1967: 5. Type species Aeolothrips (Gelothrips) alis Bhatti, by monotypy. (=Rhipidothrips cinctus Hood).

Arcuthrips Mound, 1967: 51. Type species Desmothrips monrosi de Santis, by original designation. Synonymised by Mound, 1972: 53.

Biology and Distribution

Includes one species from Asia and two from South America.
