Biology and Distribution

Described from Argentina (H. silvestrii) and Barro Colorado Island, Panama on dead branches and molding fruit of Corozo Palm (E. spectator). Recorded from Costa Rica on dead Hura crepitans (Mound & Marullo, 1996.
